Use of Church Facilities

Specific areas within the church may be rented. Any interested group or person must first complete a Request for Use of Church Facilities form. Download Application for Use of Church Facilities here.

• complete the entire form
• to determine space availability: click on Calvin Monthly Schedule under Events and click on More Details.
• drop the form off in Calvin's mail slot at the 401 First W wooden doors
• someone from Calvin PC will get back to you
• insurance is required (see link below for insurance at Calvin PC)
• all requests require approval by the Facilities Team; requests for use of the Sanctuary also requires Sesson approval (Note: these groups meet once each month)
